Return Policy
Products must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of delivery to the customer. Products must be returned with all tags attached, in their original condition, along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and any other accompanying documents.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received successfully by SAMUEL GIDEON SURESH, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method or any other method you choose.
Refunds will be processed within 7–8 working days from the date we receive the returned product.
Refund & Cancellation for Service-Based Transactions
Due to the nature of our services, NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION requests will be entertained once payment has been made for service-based offerings.
Cancellation Policy
An order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained. However, returns are possible for all eligible products as per our return policy.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
SAMUEL GIDEON SURESH ships products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.
- For locations serviced by reputed couriers, delivery time is typically 3–4 business days after shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).
- For remote or non-courier serviceable locations, delivery may take 1–2 weeks, depending on the location.
At times, unexpected delays in delivery may occur due to unavoidable or unforeseen logistics challenges beyond our control.SAMUEL GIDEON SURESH is not liable for such delays but will work to resolve them promptly.
SAMUEL GIDEON SURESH also reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where delivery timelines cannot be met or the shipment is physically untraceable. In such cases, the full amount paid for the canceled product(s) will be refunded to your original payment source.
